Drapanos is a small, traditional village located high up on Cape Drapano, on the Greek island of Crete. The village has two tavernas and a small grocery store. It is located only minutes from neighboring villages and beaches in Plaka and Kefalas. 2 Bed 2 Bath 900 Sqft Villa is located in a small vacation complex. Accommodation includes villa, access to pool, and local guides for self-guided tours. Must be used between May 1st 2023 to Sept 15th 2023, or May 1st 2024 to Sept 15th 2024.

Friday Nov. 4 BND Elementary and Coats for Kids are teaming together to bring used/new coats, gloves, snow pants, or monetary donations by a Pajama Day. Please bring a winter apparel item (no hats please unless brand new) or a donation and wear Pajamas to school! Please note: Bedtime accessories are unneeded such as blankets, stuffed animals, slippers, etc. Shoes with soles should still be worn all day for safety reasons. Today 45 eighth graders from ICS in Monmouth and Notre Dame got together to grow in their faith and friendship! We spent a day in the country at St Patrick's in Raritan, Illinois. Father Tim Hepner from Immaculate Conception in Monmouth and Father Marty made the day extra special. Kathy Keimig, Theresa Fox and Kristine Campbell along with 6 seniors were a great help as well. The kids rotated through 7 stations learning more about human dignity, the Eucharist, the patron saint of cooking, humility, joy, forgiveness and confession. The day ended with Mass - the perfect way to end the day! The Lord held back the rain for some fun time on the playground too! He is so good to us! Very grateful for another day He has given us to give Him praise and thanks.
