The PTO is comprised of parents, teachers, and staff committed to helping enhance the Notre Dame campus and class room opportunities. We provide monetary support for projects as well as activities, communication, and fostering the educational environment.

Annual Dues
PTO is responsible to the Board of Education through their Chair person. Notre Dame Parent Teach Organization welcomes all parents of students Pre-K to 5th grade. Membership to the PTO is a requirement of all ND elementary families.
The Notre Dame PTO collects annual dues ($20) from each pre-K to 5 family. Dues can be paid online with a debit/credit card via the button below. An additional $1 convenience fee will apply. Alternatively, a $20 cash or check payment may be delivered to the PTO mailbox in the Elementary office.
Functions:
To provide for and assist the parents and faculty of Notre Dame Elementary.
To develop and operate within the Board of Education approved budget each year.
To work with the School Principal and other faculty to identify future needs.
To furnish quarterly financial reports to the Board of Education on its regular meeting dates in October, January, April, and June.
To provide volunteer coordination and assistance for various student and classroom activities, faculty support, and communication.
This association shall seek neither to direct the activities of the school nor control its policies .
Board Member:
ND PTO Executive Officers include: President, Vice President, Secretary / Treasurer, and Past President.
Board Members include no less than 8 and no more than 12 Parent Representatives and 1 Faculty Representative. The Principal will serve as an advisory Representative.
Terms:
All Executive Officers and Board Members are 1 year term with the exception of the President. The President shale assume the duties of this office for a 2 year term with one year as vice president and 1 year as past president.
Elections are held during the May meeting. The new officers assume their duties following the May meeting. Nominations for each office are made from the floor provided the consent of the nominee has been secured.
